I will try with another GPIO; I'm not sure what number I use. Voltage, try with 3.2V and 5V same results, using breadboard power supply, sensor have already pul up resistor, if you are suggesting that I put resistor between VCC and DQ.

Боюсь, что проблемы не в 3.3В или 5.0В.
На "самопальной" прошивке из состава Сминг - 18В20 работает и при 3.0В.
Какой-то модуль из сборки мешает.

HI, I have try with different GPIO, power also (5V, 3.3V) nothing.

For comparison I have earlier firmware version I think it is from may here 1-wire scan works without problem, problem occurs after I flash my ESP boards with new version of firmware, so maybe there can be a problem. Earlier I have download free demo version of firmware and then switched to pro. I don't know why this happening but reading forum I can see there is also reported problems with 1-wire sensors.

To repeat, I have my ESP boards from banggood, esp 01, esp 201, nodemcu, !-wire sensor is also from banggood, arduino ready, board with soldered resistor. I have also standalone ds18b2 sensor with custom resistor attached, same problems.

Have you tried to collect and verify the firmware to support OTA?
